Vietnamese baguettes-BÁNH MI- no commercial yeast

When I want a nice bánh mì sandwich I go to make them. Actually I have them in the freezer until they run out. Then start making another batch. You can do the same . Just follow my guide you will have Vietnamese baguettes-BÁNH MI- no commercial yeast. So easy. Many fans told me they followed my recipe with the best results. Ingredients: Natural yeast: 50 g sourdough starter 50 g water 50 g bread flour The ratio is 1-1-1 If your starter is not strong, use ratio:1-2-3 Main dough: 300 g bread flour 1 egg 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon oil 80-90 g water Instructions: Mix everything except butter until the dough can take a successful window pane. Mix in butter and knead into a ball. Cover, let rest to double in size Divide dough into 5 pieces Shape each piece into a baguettes Cover and proof until double in size Preheat the oven to 425°F Slash the dough Spray water Put in the oven with hot water to the oven to create steam Bake 12’ Lower to 375°F Bake 15’ more or watch the color That is it Thank you for watching my video.
