PMBL S4 Testing - Bombs have 2/3 Explosion Time

Bomb fuse is reduced from 45 to 30. They also have increased chance of being rolled in item slot (this is NOT a change for S4, just so we see them more often for test purposes). All other S4 changes are in effect. (Boomer and Yoshi (Captain, Pink, LB) trajectory changes, Kong ability changes, Wario/Waluigi chem, star use odds updated, pre charge re-addition. You will notice Diddy's dive animation is cooked. Thanks Keeper Catch. This will be changed to plain Super Dive for the future.
