It quickly became a favorite fly. The original is tied in sizes for panfish but I modified the fly and tied it a little bigger and it has proven to be a great Bass fly. Plus, if you are new to Fly Tying, it is a great fly for you to begin with as it is not difficult, the materials are common and it has all the basic skills you need in any flies you might tie.
