Builsa Chiefs after a visit to Sandem Nab
This appears to be a ritual. The morning after the Feok Festival, Chiefs from the other 12 Towns (that make up the Builsa traditional area) visit the Sandem Nab (who is also the paramount Chief) to have some deliberations before leaving for their respective towns. This video was captured as they made their way back to the Sandema township before departing.
