Ford Everest Titanium+ 4x4 vs Toyota Fortuner GR-S: 4x4 SUV Big Test | Top Gear Philippines

Considering how popular midsize SUVs remain in our market, it’s high time we feature them in another Big Test. Last year, we did a 4x4 comparo of the Isuzu MU-X and the Nissan Terra as well as a three-way test of the MU-X, the Ford Everest, and the Mitsubishi Montero Sport in 4x2 form—you can check the links below in case you missed those videos. This time around, we’re pitting the Ford Everest Titanium+ 4x4 against the Toyota Fortuner GR Sport, bringing them all the way to Driftwoods Action Park in Indang, Cavite, to see how they fare in a series of tests. The Fortuner, of course, wears the mighty Toyota badge and gets some Gazoo Racing Sport bits for this top-spec version, but the Everest is newer and benefits from Ford’s expertise in building trucks and SUVs.
