Dvorak Symphony No.9 “From the new world” 2nd movement for piano solo

I suddenly came up with transcribing this beautiful and nostalgic movement for piano solo. The symphony "From the new world" in E minor, the 95th work and the last of the nine symphonies of Antonín Dvořák, was the first composition created entirely after Dvořák's arrival in New York. The symphony “From the New World”, one of the foremost and most successful symphonies the world history of music has known, is especially interesting in some of its basic aspecs. First of all, its expressive material shows some characteristic qualities, which attracted Dvořák’s interest in the folk songs of American, partly even in their popular echoes in the songs of certain American composers, especially S. C. Foster.
