RCT2 Challenge: Is it possible to drain Leafy Lake before finishing the scenario?

Hey all, I decided to give myself a little challenge today, and see if it's possible to completely drain Leafy Lake, the classic Rollercoaster Tycoon scenario, before finishing the scenario! To make it a bit more challenging for myself, I was not allowed to use a loan to drain the water, and I was not allowed to remove the water by simply raising the ground under it!
