Sennheiser EW 300 G2 Power Button Issue Replacement/Repair

How to fix an EW 300 G2 handheld that either does not power on at all or does not have a functioning power button. These handhelds are over 10 years old, so I'm fairly sure someone in our church over the years had just dropped the handheld and created either of the two problems described in the video.
