Comrades Shakeout Run 2026 - The Musical

So the training is done and the big day is upon us. Once a year runners meet in Durban in a contest of vocal chords. For some reason they call it a shakeout run. there's no official distance, just a pure show of camaraderie. The sounds remain etched in our hearts and carry us through the dark times of the Comrades Ultra Marathon.
