Subsequently, she worked in human resources and recruitment at several startups. Her numerous job changes sparked her interest in individual career development, leading her to obtain a national career consultant certification in 2021. Worked as a dancer for 10 years with the contemporary dance company "Co. Yamada Un". Afterwards, gained experience as a restaurant manager at a food and beverage company. While gaining experience in customer service, she wanted to support people through longer-term relationships, and joined Ba&Co Inc. in 2024.
