🚨 40% Indians have TB Bacteria | TB Crisis in India Explained #upsc #dailynewspaper #currentaffairs

40% Indians Carry TB Bacteria? | Tuberculosis Ka Chaukane Wala Sach! 😱 Tuberculosis (TB) duniya ki sabse purani aur sabse jaanleva infectious diseases me se ek hai. Lekin kya aap jaante hain ki Bharat duniya ka sabse adhik TB burden wala desh hai? Aur kya sach me lagbhag 40% Bharatiyon ke sharir me TB bacteria maujood ho sakta hai? Agar haan, toh phir sab log beemar kyon nahi hote? MDR-TB, XDR-TB aur TDR-TB kya hote hain? Bharat TB ko khatam karne ke liye kya kar raha hai? Aur kya 2025 tak TB Mukt Bharat ka sapna poora ho payega? Is video me hum Tuberculosis ki poori kahani samjhenge—history se lekar present crisis tak, infection se disease tak, normal TB se drug-resistant TB tak, aur Bharat ki TB ke khilaf chal rahi sabse badi public health battle tak. Yeh video UPSC aspirants, students, health enthusiasts aur general audience sabke liye useful hai. TB ka karan ek bacteria hai jiska naam hai Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Yeh bacteria mukhyata lungs ko prabhavit karta hai, lekin yeh brain, spine, kidney, lymph nodes aur sharir ke anya angon ko bhi affect kar sakta hai. Jab koi active TB patient khansata, chheenkta ya zor se bolta hai, tab hawa me microscopic droplets failte hain. In droplets ke madhyam se TB bacteria ek vyakti se doosre vyakti tak pahunch sakta hai. Sabse hairan karne wali baat yeh hai ki TB infection aur TB disease ek hi cheez nahi hain. Kai logon ke sharir me bacteria pravesh kar jaata hai lekin unki immunity use control me rakhti hai. Is condition ko latent TB infection kaha jata hai. Aise logon ko koi symptoms nahi hote aur ve doosron ko infection bhi nahi failate. Lekin jab immunity kamzor padti hai, kuposhan hota hai, diabetes, HIV ya anya health conditions hoti hain, tab latent infection active TB disease me badal sakta hai. Isi wajah se Bharat jaise desh me TB ek medical issue ke saath-saath social aur economic issue bhi hai. Garibi, bheed-bhaad, kuposhan, sanitation ki kami aur healthcare tak simit pahunch TB ke prasar ko badhava deti hain. Isi liye experts TB ko disease of poverty bhi kehte hain. Video me hum jaanenge: ✔️ TB kya hai? ✔️ TB kaise failta hai? ✔️ TB ke symptoms kya hain? ✔️ Latent TB aur Active TB me antar kya hai? ✔️ Bharat me TB itna zyada kyon hai? ✔️ MDR-TB kya hota hai? ✔️ XDR-TB aur TDR-TB kyon dangerous hain? ✔️ TB aur garibi ka sambandh kya hai? ✔️ Government ke TB elimination efforts kya hain? ✔️ National TB Elimination Programme (NTEP) kya hai? ✔️ Nikshay Poshan Yojana ka role kya hai? ✔️ WHO aur India ki TB strategy kya hai? ✔️ Kya Bharat sach me TB Mukt ban sakta hai? Hum TB ki history bhi discuss karenge. Colonial period se lekar aaj tak Bharat ne TB ke khilaf kai campaigns chalaye hain. Revised National Tuberculosis Control Programme (RNTCP) se lekar National TB Elimination Programme tak, kai reforms laaye gaye. DOTS strategy ne TB control me mahatvapurn yogdan diya. Lekin drug-resistant TB ne naye challenges khade kar diye. Drug-resistant TB aaj duniya ke sabse bade public health threats me se ek hai. Jab patient apna treatment beech me chhod deta hai ya medicines ka sahi upyog nahi karta, toh bacteria dawaon ke prati resistant ho sakta hai. MDR-TB yani Multidrug-Resistant Tuberculosis wo condition hai jahan TB bacteria do sabse mahatvapurn first-line drugs—Rifampicin aur Isoniazid—ke prati resistant ho jata hai. XDR-TB yani Extensively Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis MDR-TB se bhi adhik khatarnak hoti hai. Isme bacteria aur bhi adhik medicines ke prati resistant ho jata hai. Kuch researchers ne TDR-TB yani Totally Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis shabd ka prayog un cases ke liye kiya hai jahan bacteria lagbhag sabhi upalabdh anti-TB drugs ke prati resistance dikhata hai. Drug-resistant TB ka treatment lamba, mehnga aur kathin hota hai. Isi liye treatment adherence aur awareness bahut mahatvapurn hain. Lekin Bharat ne bhi kai bade kadam uthaye hain: ✅ National TB Elimination Programme ✅ Nikshay Portal ✅ Nikshay Poshan Yojana ✅ Community participation ✅ Active case finding ✅ Nutritional support ✅ Digital monitoring ✅ Public-private partnership TB sirf ek health issue nahi hai. Yeh governance, development, nutrition, sanitation, education aur social justice ka bhi issue hai. Jab tak garibi aur kuposhan jaise root causes ko address nahi kiya jayega, tab tak TB ke khilaf ladai adhuri rahegi. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📱 Download Our App: [UPSC Olympiad App](https://play.google.com/store/apps/de...) 📞 Contact Number: *6232884668* 📲 Telegram Channel: [UPSC Olympiad Telegram](https://t.me/UPSC_Olympiad?utm_source...) 📸 Instagram: [UPSC Olympiad Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/upsc_olympi...) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ #PublicHealth #HealthIssues #UPSC #UPSC2026 #UPSCPreparation #CurrentAffairs #Governance #SocialIssues #MedicalAwareness #Healthcare #IndiaHealth #WHO #DrugResistantTB #LatentTB #ActiveTB \
