Making a hide & reveal blowout with my hairdryer!

This a Winterstromart technique that uses the Sheleeart bloom recipe for Australia 🇦🇺 because that’s where I live. My cell activators are made using Australian Floetrol and I use Amsterdam for the colours and Atelier for the metallic CA’s. Amsterdam ratio is approx 3:1 Floetrol to paint and the Atelier metallic ones are about 4:1 Floetrol to paint. For the pigment CA I just melt 1/2 tsp. Of neon TLP in isopropyl alcohol and then add 20ml of Australian Floetrol.
