Slow Living at the Village | Cooking, Chores & Childhood Memories

There is something special about coming home. In this second part of our village vlog, we spend a few more days enjoying the simple things that make village life so meaningful. From cooking lunch, working in the field & spending precious time with my grandmother, to watching the kids run freely and enjoy every moment, these are memories I will treasure forever. One of my favorite parts of this trip was seeing the village through my children’s eyes. They played in the sand, helped with small chores, climbed around, got dirty every single day & simply enjoyed being children. There was no need for constant warnings or restrictions.. just space to explore, learn & have fun. This trip wasn’t only about going home for me. It was about giving my children a chance to experience the place that shaped so much of who I am and creating memories of their own along the way.
