Inside My Antler Chandelier Workflow | Wiring, Epoxy, and Finish

A look inside my current elk antler chandelier build — roughly 46 inches wide by 34 inches tall with 12 candelabra lights and built for local pickup here in Montana. This video quietly follows my real workflow from raw antlers to finished lighting fixture using many of the same materials and techniques I’ve relied on for years building custom chandeliers professionally. A few important notes for anyone studying the wiring process: • The UL-listed lamp wire contains one smooth side and one ribbed side. • The smooth wire is always the HOT side. • The black socket wires are also HOT to maintain correct polarity and stay code compliant. For finishing work, I use: • Aves epoxy products • Oil artist paints rather than acrylics for blending and aging work I did not narrate this video or over-explain every step.
