Lara surprises a fan the works at the Red Cross in France at the tv special "La Lettre" (France2/TV5). The fan was also invited to Lara's concert during the 50 World Tour where she was was recognized on stage for her work. The concept of the tv special "Le Lettre" is that a special letter is chosen between many by a celebrity and on this episose Lara selected a letter sent by a guy named Martial, a co-worker of Martine, who's a fan of Lara and a volunteer at the Red Cross.
