Gully repair and clay drain pipe hook-up (Renovation Part 12)

You may remember from a few videos back, we have a slight problem with damp in this property. A LOT of damp, like puddles in the subfloor type damp. Turns out this old clay rainwater gully has been leaking inside the property for the last 20 years or so. Cowboy builders put the porch extension directly on top of it and obviously this cracked the clay soil pipe. In this video I’ll show you my approach to repairing a problem like this.
