We went for a dip in the hot springs nestled in the mountains. Seljavallalaug is the oldest thermal pool in Iceland, and a beautiful mountain path leads to it. Then we visited Kvernufoss waterfall. We went to admire the mollusks. August is breeding season for puffins, and they can be spotted at Dyrholaey Lighthouse and at Black Sands Beach, which we visited. Afterwards, we had a meal at a pizzeria in Vik. The Black Sand Crust Pizza was amazing. Afterwards, we headed to the most amazing place we'll ever sleep: Pakgil campsite. If you ever camp in Iceland, this campsite is a must-visit.
