Painting Lures - Airbrushing a chartreuse lure with mistakes

I love painting chartreuse lures. They look loud and obnoxious and I think they make the fish hungry. This lure design wasn't really planned. I knew I wanted to do a chartreuse one but didn't plan any details after that. I make mistakes when I plan a lure so NOT planning a lure is opening a can of worms...err...can of mistakes. Painting lures is such an enjoyable hobby but sometimes, when things aren't going your way, you want to throw the lure across the garage. I can see using these lures mainly for bass and perch. This video shows the airbrushing of a lure blank of which I really like the design. No lures were thrown across the garage. I need to make a video of me bass fishing with some of my lures. So look for that video in the future. I've tried a handful of my lures on fish and so far caught only one. But I think some of my other airbrush designs might have better success. ******Checkout my other videos******    / @fishingphilosophy   Chapters: 0:00 Intro 0:19 Airbrushing Chartreuse 1:01 Adding mesh for fish scales 4:01 Adding stripes 5:10 Airbrushing back of lure w/ mistake 6:03 Adding fish eyes 6:57 Brushing on clear coat 7:33 Lure Reveal Brush: Iwata Eclipse - Amazon: https://amzn.to/3Krpu5q Paint: Createx - Amazon: https://amzn.to/3AQwxkU Eyes: 1242 Piece eye set - Amazon: https://amzn.to/3coM2H6 Ink: Daler-Rowney FW Clear Coat: Flex Coat - Amazon: https://amzn.to/3pML8Y9 Lure Blanks: www.sugartitcustomlures.com Video: iPhone 13 Davinci Resolve Photoshop *I may earn commissions for purchases made through the links above.
