Premier Skills Soccer Course held at Ukhanyo Primary School

The English Premier League recently held a three day soccer course for coaches at Ukhanyo Primary school and was featured in a recent Let’s Play programme on Supersport. The course was attended by coaches  from the Valley of the South including those from  Ukhanyo Primary School, Masiphumelele High School, the primary and high school coaches from Ocean View , Kommetjie Primary and local community club coaches. The course was a practical hands-on practical course with Ukhanyo soccer players, girls and boys, helping the coaches on the last day demonstrate the coaching skills they had learnt. All participating coaches received their certificates! Watch the video and see four of  MCC Masi 750 Sports Club’s key objectives at work. to bring the coaches of the Deep South together to share our resources with the Masi community and beyond to encourage women coaches in all sports; the course being taken by two women as well! to create an environment where girls and boys participate together in practice and matches Soccer at Ukhanyo is alive and well.
