They say a single opportunity can change everything... and today we're going to see that it's true. Today we bring you a story of effort, of overcoming adversity, and of how, when there is genuine faith in people's talent, barriers simply break down. Because access to employment should never depend on a disability, but on the desire, commitment, and potential of each individual. AMFA knows this well, an organization that works every day to ensure we see people for all they can contribute. A great example of this is their 14-year partnership with Aquopolis Torrevieja through the Inclusive Blue Leisure program: an incredible space for people with disabilities and their families to come together, thanks to the support of an amazing team of volunteers. But last season (as in some previous seasons) they took another step forward. It was there that Pablo had the opportunity to enter the workforce at Aquopolis Torrevieja, experiencing a journey full of challenges, learning, and enormous personal growth. Today we want to explore that path and, above all, share a message that we hope will be deeply ingrained: abilities always come before any label. And to tell us this, today we're switching roles.
