[BCEP]: 965~ Farewell to Sengkang Int & Extension to Buangkok Int

Another BCEP extension & this time,it involves one of my childhood routes 👀 Service Trunk 965, served Sengkang since it's introduction in 2002. It was a bi-directional route from Woodlands Regional Interchange and Sengkang Int, passing by areas like Admiralty MRT, Yishun and Khatib, making the fastest connection between Yishun and Sengkang itself,with 965A being introduced for Woodlands - Yishun section. It was later switched as a Loop service, looping at Sengkang Interchange instead of ending there. The route didn't have any changes until 2016 where it was moved to Woodlands Temporary interchange and currently still ends there (as Woodlands ITH still can't fit it, yet) In 2021, 965T was introduced for late night terminating trips at Sengkang Int as part of LTA's standardisation for loop service terminating trips. The route once again didn't have any changes... until 2026,where it was admended to Buangkok Int instead of looping at Sengkang as part of the BCEP. Tgt with Buangkok Int, 965 was also admended to serve Republic Poly & Woodlands St 82 aswell & got converted back to being a Bi-directional route, making 965T to be withdrawn instead.
