#Storycon | Former NBI Director Jaime Santiago said the supplemental complaint for preliminary investigation against Leyte Rep. Martin Romualdez and others over the alleged flood control scandal remains at the preliminary investigation stage. He said respondents will first be given the opportunity to answer the allegations before the Ombudsman determines whether charges should be filed before the Sandiganbayan.
