Mars - Welcome To Cybertrance

This 1995 tape from S.F.'s DJ Mars might be his first mixtape but I'm not sure about that. It features an early intro into the "cyber trance" sound he and Mystre and other Bay Area djs help push in the second half of the 90s and early 2000s. This has mostly hard progressive and acid trance with some of the more acidic tracks being really nice.
