116 SCALE UNNAMED RESIN MODEL OF A GERMAN SOLDIER WITH A MG42 MACHINE GUN - VLOG 149

Join Wayne as he takes on the challenge of building and painting an unnamed 1/16 scale resin model of a German soldier relaxing while holding an MG42 machine gun. With no instructions or colour guide included, this build is all about using experience, a bit of trial and error, and plenty of patience. After cleaning up the flash from the resin parts, Wayne initially tries using Tamiya Extra Thin Cement, only to quickly discover that it doesn't work on resin! 😂 He then switches to super glue, which works perfectly and allows the build to continue without any further problems. The complete build takes around two hours, with a further hour spent painting the finished figure. Considering there were no instructions or painting guide, it turned out to be a fun and enjoyable project, and overall it's not a bad resin model from Amazon. This video was filmed entirely in 4K using the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. 📽️ If you enjoyed this video, please consider subscribing to The Philp Family Adventures, leave a comment, and give the video a big thumbs up. 👍 It really helps the YouTube algorithm, supports the channel, and shares it with more people around the world.
