Should Muslims Meditate?

Assalamu Alaykum brothers and sisters. In this video i go over Whether or not its haram to meditate (Mindfulness meditation), The differing opinions, and what you could do to practice mindfulness without having to worry about doing anything haram (Muraqabah, Dhikr, Mindful salah and Quran Recitation) Again, i apologize for anything i may have said wrong in this video, or any misinformation i may have spread.
