Learn Jason's approach: modify Last Planner without shame to circumstances, do afternoon foreman huddles then worker huddles next morning, focus more on roadblocks than PPC. Felipe's story: saw Mike's project team all happy, none looked tired, while Felipe was on cup 13 or 14 of coffee after working seven days straight.
