At the time of WBAN going live about the history of women's boxing, there was not a website that covered the history. There were two great women's boxing websites with Dee Williams, a Woman's Boxing Place, who had a wonderful women's boxing website that talked about the current boxers in the late 1990s until about 2004, when Dee shut the website down and partnered with WBAN to contribute the bios that was on that site, and later did a computerized database for the records of Women's Boxing. Dee retired in 2018. Also, there was another site called Femboxers that was covering the current boxers at the time which at the time was awesome, but it eventually went away, probably in about 2000 or so.
