A tragedy occurred on the evening of May 18th in a parking lot near Rostovskoye Highway and Petra Metalnikova Street. A lightning strike struck a 45-year-old man while he was riding an electric bicycle. The force of the strike was so strong that it tore through the asphalt. Pieces of road surface still lie at the scene. At the time of the accident, some bystanders hid under awnings, while others tried to help the injured man and called an ambulance.
