In this video, we analyze a device that stopped working in both slots shortly after purchase. Under the microscope, the cause quickly becomes apparent: The delicate contact pins in the SIM card reader are bent and broken. This is a classic consequence of incorrect SIM card insertion (e.g., without a tray) or using excessive force with tweezers. I demonstrate the professional repair step by step: Professionally opening the glass back of the S25 Ultra. Safely disconnecting the battery to prevent short circuits. Removing the lower speaker assembly. Completely replacing the sub-board (including the USB-C port and SIM reader).
