Conhecendo o STF: Os legitimados

Who can bring a matter to the Supreme Federal Court? In this episode of the series "Getting to Know the STF," TV Justiça explains who are the so-called legitimate parties to propose actions for concentrated control of constitutionality and shows how the Federal Constitution defines which authorities and institutions can directly petition the Supreme Court to question the validity of laws and normative acts.
