Charlie Kirk Murder Case: Death Penalty Still in Play, Prosecutor Held in Contempt

A motions hearing was held on Friday for Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk. Judge Tony Graf found prosecutor Christopher Ballard in civil contempt for publicly stating there was "ample evidence" to prove Robinson's guilt before trial. Judge Graf also rejected the defense’s request to bar prosecutors from seeking the death penalty. Robinson faces charges, including aggravated murder in the assassination of the conservative political activist. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 6. #CourtTV - What do YOU think?
