Will Rogers Jr. visited his home town in July 1988 to participate in the Beverly Hills Diamond Jubilee anniversary celebration and sat down with Phyllis Lerner, the President of the Beverly Hills Historical Society, in the park named after his famous father, and talked about Will Rogers and what life was like for his family, and their famous friends, while growing up in Beverly Hills.
