SuccessFactors Employee Central Position Reclassification Part 2: Gaps and Possible Solution

Position reclassification is one of the most useful and least understood elements in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. In Part 1, we explained what it is and why it is so useful to HR processes. In part 2, we describe a couple of gaps with position reclassification that prevent the position from always being updated when an employee change happens.
