Dr. Randy Kardon from University of Iowa discusses the reduction of the Photopic Negative Response (PhNR) of retinal ganglion cells in optic neuropathy. Dr. Kardon references testing done using the RETeval device. The PhNR test has applications to glaucoma, optic atrophy, retinal disease. Presented to a private audience during the ARVO conference in Baltimore, MD (USA).
