This video is ideal for beginners, which I filmed during a walk in Franconia in September. I show and explain many edible, inedible, and poisonous mushrooms, and in the case of porcini mushrooms, I also explain the often confused species: the bitter bolete. Watch the first part (from minute 2:48) at your leisure; there I show the mushrooms in a still image, both individually and in their original location. In part 2 (from minute 3:25) follows the detailed walk with many tips on how to identify the mushrooms. And in part 3 (from minute 26:12) I show the collected haul again, individually and clearly identifiable, at home while we prepare them for drying. I also include a very practical trick for drying mushrooms without a dehydrator or oven. Edible mushrooms that were found in this forest and that I'll show you: Corps, Chestnut Boletes, Red-footed Boletes, Pearl Mushrooms, Parasol Mushrooms, Birch Mushrooms, Bottle Puffballs, Shaggy Ink Caps, and Russulas. Poisonous mushrooms that we saw and that you absolutely must remember: Panter Mushrooms and Green Death Caps, and many other inedible mushrooms that are commonly seen, such as Coral Mushrooms and Puffballs. This video is not a substitute for a course and does not contain any approvals for consumption! However, it is a good basis for exploring the topic in more depth at home on the couch.
