RECIPE #2 - Daal Besan Chilla ************************************* Ingredients: yellow moong daal (1/2 cup) + 1 spoon besan Vegetables: any seasonal vegetables Grind soaked daal with besan to make batter. add basic spices (salt, cumin powder, coriander powder) and chopped vegetables. Make thin chilla on tawa with ghee.
