Instrument++ || 16 Note Block sounds!

A while back we tested the Rosen mod, which added 18 new note block sounds. Well now we get another 16, with the Instrument++ mod! This mod specifically has a focus on traditional Chinese instruments, as well as quite a few western classical instruments.
