This is a classic Lefty's Deceiver which I created over twenty years ago. I've caught numerous species on this fly including my largest snook and redfish, plus many baby tarpon (up to #40). Be judicious with your thread wraps in order to keep the head size small. Thin your head cement to water consistency in order to penetrate the materials all the way to the hook shank.
