Panasonic Quick Clips: FX-500 Automatic Attenuation Function
A demonstration of the automatic attenuation function of the FX-500 series fiber optic sensor. Automatic Attenuation can eliminate the effects of a saturated receiver condition. In cases when the incident light intensity is saturated, the light-emitting amount can be adjusted to the optimal level by AUTO without changing the response time. This allows for stable detection with an optimal S/N ratio and saves energy by controlling the emitting electric current.
