40 MIN ARMS & ABS WORKOUT- Low Impact | No Repeat | Home Workout for Toned Arms & Abs

Day two of our program is here and today we have a 40 minute arms and abs superset workout that is guaranteed to get your upper body and core burning. This arms and abs workout is low impact, no repeat, with 45s x 2 work followed by 20s rest. If you want to make this workout more or less intense, you can do so by changing the weight of your dumbbells. For your reference I am using a pair of 5kg dumbbells. Don't forget can always change the pace or intensity of my workouts to suit your mood or energy levels. Make it your own and don't forget to have fun!
