The Humber Bridge
The Humber Bridge spans 1410 metres and took 8 years to build. It was the longest single span bridge in the world at the time of construction. Opened by her majesty in 1981, the Humber Bridge was the worlds largest single span suspension bridge at sits proudly upon the banks of the humber creating a vital link between East Yorkshire with Lincolnshire.
