We are starting a new series on budget Commander decks. First up, I had some people asking about this one, Ohabi Caleria! You can pick up everything for this deck at under $40 US. I think this is a very underrated Commander with a lot of potential. His ability to untap archers on your opponents’ turns is the main focus here and makes the deck a power house.
