Exercises for cancer patients
This exercise video is for kids, teenagers and young adults with a cancer diagnosis. The program allows the participant to perform stretching, strengthening and aerobic exercises with modified exercise demonstrations to allow for any restrictions or precautions that have been established by your health care team, such as non-weight bearing on an extremity. It is important that you talk with your health care provider about the benefits of exercise before, during and after cancer treatment. You want to make sure that starting this exercise program is safe and appropriate for you depending on your diagnosis, any medical treatment and/or surgeries that are planned or you have already received.
