On 3, 4 and 5 June, we welcomed about 40 Modula technicians from all over the world to our offices in Fiorano Modenese and Salvaterra di Casalgrande for a new edition of the International Customer Care Meeting. These three days of training focused on hardware and software, knowledge sharing and team-building. It's an event that we care deeply about, and have been organising for several years, not only because it benefits us, but because it is precisely here that the service we provide to our customers every day is shaped: over the course of three days, we develop new skills, create opportunities for discussion and strengthen the team.
