Learning how to KITE SURF in KOH PHANGAN

We are taking on a new challenge and have signed up for lessons to learn how to kite surf!! We were so excited for this and it's something we have wanted to try for a long time now but just never had the opportunity before. Koh Phangan is a real kite surfing hot spot in Thailand so we thought this beautiful tropical island was the perfect place to give this new sport a craic! After having a complete blast of a time doing lesson's over the course of a week we finally were able to get up on the boards and actually kite surf!! (Kind of haha). We still have a long way to go but we were very proud of ourselves with how far we came over this time, and this is definitely something we want to keep up and keep improving on! If kite surfing is a sport that interest's you and something you have been thinking about trying out, we say GO FOR IT!! We started our journey by spending 3 months walking from the top to the bottom of Croatia and exploring a few of the boarding countries. Then at the start of January 2022 we hopped on a flight to South East Asia! We hope to be in this part of the world for the next year, but who knows what might happen along the way, our plans are forever changing!
