1970 TR6 - Part 53 - Refurbishing the Soft Top

John is planning to replace the soft top next summer, but for the rest of this season he asked if we could refurbish the old one. The top itself wasn't too bad, but the clear vinyl (or whatever was remaining of it) did not survive the 5 decades very well. Can we fix that though..?
