We bought the fruit we wanted and some traditional Provençal pastries. After a delicious lunch at a restaurant, we went for a stroll around the village. Roussillon was once a centre for ochre production, which is why there are so many buildings constructed using this material. Over time, they have taken on a pink hue, and I really enjoyed admiring these pretty pink houses as I strolled around.
