2026 PEMNA B-CoP Meeting Session 1-3 March 31, 2026 | Seoul, Republic of Korea Ms. Rosazlina binti Mohd Adzmi, IT Officer of National Budget Office at the Ministry of Finance, presented Malaysia's MyBelanjawan system, which applies an Outcome-Based Budgeting framework to link budget planning and performance indicators across all levels of government.
