Today I'm metal detecting in a park with a Minelab Equinox 800 metal detector, and my Tyger Groundhog coin popping tool to cause minimal disturbance. I find plenty of modern Australian coins, as well as a 'junk' ring with a significant history.. I still cannot believe I found this!!
