Differences between Vicon’s 3 Coil Lines

Vicon's 3-Type of Coil Lines: 1. Full Wrap Coil Line 2. Duct Line Express 3. Shear and Bend Notes: #2 and #3 are both Front End Coil Lines When we sell #2, we also usually sell a Vicon Duct Brake The #3 can be made into a Full Wrap Line however the shop will still have to buy another brake for the end of the Full Wrap Line. The Brake on #3 also presses the Buttons/Clinches on the edge of the sheet before bending it into a 90-degree male Snaplock Flange There are Dual Drive Turn roll formers on #3. Located in between the Notching Units and the Shear #2 runs much faster than #3 because it does not have a Brake You cannot add Drive Turn Rollformers to #2 90% of sales of #3 are sold with the Dual Drive Turn Rollformers Vicon sells more of #2 than #3 in every part of the US except the Southeast. In the SE they sell more of #3 than #2. Reason being the presence of Advance Machinery who sells a version of the #3 as their one and only coil line.
